🛠 What You'll Do

• Record 2-3 demo videos in your voice (we'll give you the script) for onboarding and product demos
• Promote, promote, promote - Reddit, Twitter, Discord, Indie Hackers, wherever you're loud and active
• Manage social media engagement and respond to community discussions across all platforms
• Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and community members
• Occasional outreach to indie hackers and SME businesses in relevant communities
• Use the product to dogfood promotion - practice what we preach by using PostMatch for our own growth
• Create and modify playbooks for growth tactics, engagement strategies, and scaling efforts
• Build processes for managing community engagement and lead nurturing
• Own results - we won't micromanage. We'll support you, but you drive the outcomes.

You're a Great Fit If

• You've grown products from 0 to significant traction
• You thrive with high autonomy and take ownership of outcomes
• You're scrappy and strategic - willing to come up with creative growth strategies and execute them independently
• Active on Reddit and X (Twitter) and deeply familiar with best practices for X and Reddit marketing
• You're data-driven but creative with growth tactics
• You can move fast, test quickly, and iterate based on results
• You understand SaaS metrics and growth loops

Bonus Points

• Experience with short-form video content marketing (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Track record of viral video content in tech/business space
• Comfortable recording demo and tutorial videos
• Experience with community management and handling inbound leads
• Previous experience "dogfooding" - using your own product for growth

Required Proof of Skills

• Must provide links to multiple viral posts you've created on X (Twitter) or LinkedIn that are tech or business related
• Must demonstrate ability to create viral posts on brand new social media accounts (not just established accounts with existing followers)
• Explain your strategy - we want to see viral posts based on skill and repeatable tactics, not random chance or luck

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential enterprise customers actively looking for Reddit lead generation solutions
• Focus on discovery - conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
• Present product demos tailored to prospect's specific challenges
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our closing team
• Build and maintain an enterprise pipeline
• Work with businesses to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable insights for our team
• Growth path: You'll eventually be involved in closing deals as you develop expertise

Requirements

• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Skilled at uncovering pain points and transforming business challenges into actionable goals
• Experience with SaaS products (preferred)
• Comfortable with AI tools for research, outreach, and productivity
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline (preferred)
• You thrive with high autonomy and take ownership of outcomes
• Strong communication skills - you can articulate complex value propositions clearly
• Self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch
